This service allow us to keep on top of all your maintenance needs, fixing problems before they become major issues and keeping your workplace in optimum condition.

Our Facilities Maintenance service is an excellent solution for all of your office repair and maintenance work.

Our solution allows you to buy credits in exchange for work at your facility.

    How much does it cost ?

    Pay as little as 25.00 per month to buy credits for your business. The price of each credit is 25.00 and credits can be increased as and when needed.

    Examples of what you can get for your credits are detailed below.

    We will inspect and attend to any office maintenance needs that have arisen. Typically this includes lighting, plumbing, painting and decorating, blinds, doors, furniture repairs, data cabling and cable management, flooring, partitioning and suspended ceiling repairs.

    Electro Mechanical 3 credits / hour
    Furniture repairs 2 credits / hour
    Carpentry 2 credits / hour
    Decorating 2 credits / hour
    Partitioning 2 credits / hour
    Ceilings 2 credits / hour
    Plumbing 2 credits / hour
    General Labour 1 credit / hour
    Office reconfiguration / furniture moves 1 credit / hour

    Prices are per person used

    Standard days 9:00am - 5:00pm

    Weekdays 5:00pm - 8:00pm x 1.5

    Nights 8:00pm - 9:00am x 2

    Weekends x 1.5

    Bank Holidays x 2
